Great First Week

We had a great first week in grade 3.  The students are beginning to settle into the rules and routines of the classroom.

We did lots of getting to know you activities.

We will not begin our homework for another couple of weeks.  Until then, your child should be reading a book from home for about 10-15 minutes a night.  They can also play some of the math games on the blog (links on the right)

In order to see the full blog you need to be on a computer or click web version.  Otherwise, you only see the main part of the blog.

Thanks to everyone who returned all the forms and sent in kleenex and ziplock bags.

We have gym on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.  Please make sure your child has indoor running shoes.

We will be going to the Learning Commons (library) on Fridays.

Reminder: Meet the Teacher night is this Thursday at 6:00 PM.
